We’re thrilled to invite you to be part of the NYSRPS 2026 Annual Conference, taking place November 3rd - 6th in Buffalo, NY. As a vendor, you will have the opportunity to build connections and showcase your latest products, services, and trends to hundreds of parks, recreation, and therapeutic recreation professionals from across New York State. This is a conference you do NOT want to miss!

Early Bird registration for our 2026 Annual Conference will open next Monday, 5/4!

Location: Hyatt Regency Buffalo, NY
Registration Package Details: https://canva.link/exhibit26
Conference Info: www.nysrps.org

As a vendor, you’ll gain:
Gain valuable exposure to a targeted audience across the recreation and parks field
Network with decision-makers from municipalities and community agencies
A chance to highlight your latest products, services, and innovations
Be part of a supportive community dedicated to advancing the field

*New for 2026: Exclusive Booth Package*
Our Exclusive Booth Experience isn’t just a space; it’s your front-row seat to the busiest, most energized hub of the conference. With only 3 available, these premium placements are designed for organizations ready to stand out, spark conversations, and stay top-of-mind long after the event ends. You’ll get everything included in the standard registration package, but that’s just the beginning! We’re talking a prime 17x6 footprint planted right in the highest-traffic zone, where every attendee passes through, pauses, and engages. It’s the kind of visibility you can’t miss, and neither can they. With even more time to shine! You’ll also unlock an exclusive extra showcase day on Tuesday, giving you a head start to connect, demo, and build relationships before the exhibit hall even officially opens. And if you’re thinking bigger, you’ll have the option to add an additional standard booth in the Exhibit Hall because sometimes one space just isn’t enough.
Bottom line: this is more than a booth—it’s a presence!

Vendor space is limited, and we anticipate a full roster—so don’t delay in securing your spot!

If you have any questions or need assistance with registration, our Vendor Committee is here to help! Contact Ryan Rockefeller, Vendor Committee Chair at [email protected]

We look forward to seeing your organization represented at the 2026 NYSRPS Annual Conference in Buffalo!

LAST CALL TO REGISTER FOR GATHER & GROW! ⏰

Gather & Grow: "Recreation Recharged" is happening this Monday, April 13 at 1:00 PM (EST), and this is your final chance to register!

At the NYSRPS Conference, something important began.
We opened the door to an honest conversation, and it clearly resonated. The room was full, the discussion was real, and one thing stood out: many Parks and Recreation professionals are carrying the weight of burnout, pressure, and rising expectations, often without the space to talk about it.

That conversation doesn’t have to end there.

Join us for Recreation Recharged, part of the Gather & Grow Series, and be part of a supportive space to check in, connect, and share openly with others who truly understand the realities of this field.

This is not a formal training or presentation, but a meaningful and authentic continuation of an important conversation.

Together, we will:
• Share real experiences from the field
• Normalize challenges that often go unspoken
• Validate experiences that often go unheard
• Exchange tools, perspective, and encouragement to help protect our passion, purpose, and well-being

You don’t have to be burned out to attend. You simply need to care about this profession and the people who make it possible.

All Parks and Recreation professionals are welcome, and there is no cost to attend!

👉 Register now before it’s too late:
https://members.nysrps.org/ap/Events/Register/6VFekK2FmC1CZ

Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link!

We can’t wait to continue this conversation with you. 💚

*Once registration is complete, please be sure to check your email for the Zoom meeting link and confirmation of event registration.
