What a fun and exciting week we’ve had here at Johnson Pre-K! Our students have been busy learning and exploring together! ✨

One special highlight was Classroom K1’s Fashion Show today, where students proudly showed off what they’ve been learning during their Clothing Study. They came dressed in their best and ready to walk the red carpet! 👗👕

We also wanted to remind families that there will be no school tomorrow or next week due to Spring Break. We hope everyone has a safe and relaxing break, and we can’t wait to welcome our students back on Monday, April 13th! 💛

Our students had the BEST time on their field trips to Old McFaye’s Farm this week! 🌾🐄

Students enjoyed a hayride through the farm, participated in a scavenger hunt, and had the opportunity to interact with so many different animals. They fed goats, pigs, rabbits, and even brushed horses! 🐐🐖

Experiences like these bring learning to life in such meaningful ways. We are so proud of our students for being curious, kind, and excited learners this week!

Our students learn invaluable skills during Music is Life! class each week, and the best part is - they absolutely love it! We are so thankful to Brooklyn Arts Music Academy for providing quality music education to our students! 🎶 🩵

✨ We have been so busy celebrating Read Across America Week! Our students were immersed in a variety of literacy activities all week long! 📚✏️

Classes enjoyed a special presentation of the folk tale The Shoemaker and the Elves by Ms. Joyce, and a special Read Across America sing along with Mr. Mark. 📚🎶🎤

We also had a fun school spirit week where everyone dressed up each day based on a Dr. Seuss book. 🤍

Today, we finished our celebration by welcoming families into classrooms. Guest readers from our community read the classic story, Green Eggs and Ham! After the story, classes completed a Dr. Seuss themed activity and then enjoyed green eggs and ham for lunch. 💚🥚🍳

It was a wonderful week filled with learning, imagination, and a love for reading. Thank you to everyone who participated and joined us! What a great week at Johnson Pre-K! ♥️✨

💚 We’re wrapping up Read Across America Week with a special celebration tomorrow! Community guest readers will be visiting every classroom to read the classic story, Green Eggs and Ham, beginning at 10:30am. 📚 Families are welcome to join us, and everyone is encouraged to wear green clothing or accessories! After the story, students will work on a literacy activty before enjoying green eggs and ham for lunch. We hope to see you there! 💚
