The adage “When it rains, it pours” aptly describes the recent events that have transpired. Today, I received urgent phone calls and texts urging me to reach the Record Room as expeditiously as possible. Upon my arrival, I discovered that the Computer Servers were encased in concrete. While I love things to be “set in stone” I do not believe this holds true to servers. Consequently, all offices are currently offline due to the construction accident. We are diligently working to restore services. Although the internal damage appears minimal, it will take several days to resume normal operations. We sincerely request your patience during this challenging period as we strive to bring online most services. We anticipate a full restoration of most services by the end of the week, contingent upon the availability of necessary components.
