I got a flyer in my door today. If you have a minute can lease read about this darling man who drowned in Willard Bay and leaves behind 5 gorgeous children.

Andre Debose jumped in to help his son who helped a woman that was drowning. They were only able to share one lifejacket his son did make it back to the boat, but Andre did not.

So I don’t know if anyone knows- but we moved again. We realized the non-negotiables were not in our house. A view, privacy and plenty of room to do what we want.

A couple months, selling and buying and moving. We now live in the Uintah highlands. It’s been super crazy and really high stress. But I think it is all worth it- to have our own place that is private and feels like home.

Oh and did I mention that- that the deck is being redone and the siding? And Vice had to take out the master closet to put a door to the deck. Yah, lots of fun here.

There are days where I try my hardest. And I feel very unappreciated or even thanked. Today was that kind of day, maybe this week… but tonight as I’m putting dishes away, my son starts crying and says he wishes I didn’t work so hard. I think this is partly true and partly because I promised him I would play games after we were done.

So for all the little things that you do each day, if I ever fail to notice or to notice you. I’m sorry and I do see you, sometimes I get caught up in my own s**t that I fail to say something.

Even when I’m not upcycling furniture, I feel like I’m always doing some project or another. But I actually love it. It’s that feeling of leaving something better than when I found it.

We are finally painting my little girls room. When we moved in, the walls were yellow-brown , the carpet was brown. I think it’s time for some color.
