WeArt: Women Empowerment through Art WeArt: Women Empowerment through Art is an online based platform wher artists can showcase their art around gender related issues.

WeArt: Women Empowerment through Art is an online based student organization that wishes to provide a platform where members can openly voice their thoughts and opinions on gender related issues. Members will be expressing their opinions through any mediums of art—be it drawing, painting, spoken words, dance, theater or just words. Beginning of each month, members will be provided with a topic sur

rounding which members will create their art. They will have the entire month to submit their artwork via social media under a hashtag, which will be provided beginning of the month. By the end of the month, all the artworks will be collected and submitted in our Facebook and Instagram page.

On-going Topic: Stories of hope

Hopeful stories are windows into the wonderful possibilities life has to offer

We will have an on going event starting tomorrow. The topic for this month is hope. So everyweek until the end of March, for an hour we will be outside or inside the Union or another building of our choice. We will be asking TU students 'what are they hopeful for today, this year or their future'.
