In Case You Missed It:
The 41st Best Ranger Competition at Fort Benning showcased 52 teams from 23 Army units battling through 3 days, 40+ grueling events, 70+ miles, and 35,000+ calories burned. In a display of dominant readiness and relentless standards, our warriors were pushed to the limit—testing their physical strength, tactical skill, and mental toughness under minimal sleep and constant pressure.

General Randy George’s stirring remarks remind us that “excellence isn’t accidental—it’s earned through sacrifice, grit, and unwavering commitment.” This year, the 75th Ranger Regiment solidified its legacy with a 5th consecutive win, placing 1st (1st Lt. Griff Hokanson & 1st Lt. Kevin Moore), 3rd (Sgt. Tyler Steadman & Sgt. Emerson Schroeder), and 4th (1st Lt. Lane Peters & Sgt. Andy Helminen).

CMH COMMEMORATES BENEDICT ARNOLD'S QUEBEC EXPEDITION

Last weekend, the engagements team from CMH traveled to Fort Western in Augusta, Maine to participate in the 250th commemoration of the start of Benedict Arnold's expedition to attack Quebec as part of the Canadian Campaign in 1775.

The Fort celebrated the event with reenactors and a day-long series of lectures about Arnold and the expedition from noted historians including former CMH Rev War historian, Major Jonathan Bratten. CMH provided historical information about the Army's role in the War and the expedition and demonstrated the use of a flintlock musket.
