This June primary election, Republicans will vote and elect their candidates to go on to the November general election and Democrats will vote and elect their candidates to go on to the November general election.

The only democratic contest in Toms River is for the Ward 4 seat on the Toms River Council.

I am a lifelong resident of Toms River, transparent and forthright about myself and has dedicated myself and various services to assisting people, improving our community, and speaking truth to power and ensuring transparency and accountability of our local government.

I am a freelance legal assistant and also own and operate pcwImages and pcwMusic, established Project Heuristic, and is building a video podcast platform on NJ Law Politics and Government.

I was recently featured in multiple news outlets for stopping and detaining a wrong way driver on Rt 70 in Brick.

Admittedly, I am rough around the edges and to a fault perhaps, am no nonsense, straight shooting, and cares more about people and our community than about political party bosses and partisan politics. In that vain, I am also not running on the local and county Democratic Party ticket; insisting that the local and county democratic leadership is an abysmal failure and more interested in maintaining the status quo to protect their personal self-interests of proximity to power, influence, and money.

My opponent, who is the local and county Democratic party choice, will not be even mentioned by name here because neither he nor the party has done anything of any substance to even attempt to bolster the campaign and so is not worthy of being identified. They are relying on democratic voters to simply vote for whoever is on the official party ticket. He is completely unknown, except for what has had to be dug up about him.

I am a 7 year democratic county committee member (the purported governing body of the party) and, therefore, actualy know that my opponent was not vetted and voted on by the governing body to be put on the ballot in the name of the Democratic Party, was simply anointed by the local and county leadership in undemocratic and hypocritical fashion. Had such vetting been done, it would have been revealed that he is absolutely not qualified to be a legitimate candidate to go into November, is not from this area and familiar with the intricacies of our area, issues, and politics … having moved here from Los Angeles CA only 3 years ago.

The local and county Democratic Party putting up illegitimate, unviable, candidates is exactly why the party has been and continues to be losing elections, makes it embarrassing to be a Democrat in this area, and I have grown disgusted with it for many years. Nobody fakes being a Democrat, many fake being a Republican, and Unaffiliated voters outnumber both Democrats and Republicans.

For you mostly idiotic cult members and extremist that have been used and misled into a frenzy about this page, take a look or scroll down the page yourself to see it, this page DOES NOT tolerate ANY EXTREMISM from the right or left. The far left and right are absurd examples of our population but are also representative of a small fraction of our population.

Being a Democrat or a Republican is not wrong, it’s a fundamental difference in ideology but both parties have been highjacked by opportunists, parading as Dems or Reps, who know all too well how easy it has been to use and manipulate the feelings and emotions and prejudices of a small segment of our population.

Leave the extremists on both sides exactly where their goofy asses are and be the good and decent people in the middle that can call a spade a spade … regardless of political party affiliation.

Selective and feigned outrage and irony about a meme posted about 2 weeks ago is off the charts. And I hate whataboutism but i have to say what about the years of memes and posts that have been derogatory about ANY president, including the present one, and what about if yesterdays event happened to our current president … whoa as I imagine the memes and post that would’ve come out then and nevermind one that was posted two weeks ago. Miss me with that.

It was an effing meme, posted over 2 weeks ago, and in light of the mindbending decision of the U.S. Supreme that a president has immunity from criminal prosecution … the meme represented a very real potential reality that could come from their decision … duh.

And if you are one of the innumerable amount of people who hit the inbox of this page with your triggered emotional outrage, just know that
1. I think you need professional mental health help and
2. I had no idea what had been going on as I was busy volunteering and supporting our community and enjoying the evening with people …

I was not aware of the news or what the hell any of you were so triggered about. I realized it all later when I was made aware of what was being posted on another page … a cesspool of pathetic, degenerate, low-life, low-intelligent dwellers that literally thrive off chaos and make money from Facebook from YOUR engagement. Talk about sheep … you got easily triggered and manipulated by a pathetic, degenerate, low-life, low-intelligent dwellers.

And lastly, I also was not the person who was responding to the messages to this page but it was a friend who is also an admin and, using verbiage that is common to me, used my name in the responses … but it was correct in that I do not hide behind keyboards. It is what it is but that is what happen.

Thoughts!? Informed thoughts; not just opinions

I have not yet read it all but I already do have some questions and some concerns … another topic on deck for the podcast conversation.

The Mandate for Leadership 2025: The Conservative Promise, a 922-page document also known as Project 2025, has been a big topic of conversation as the presidential election draws near.

The document, which contains a detailed right-wing proposal of drastic changes for the next Republican president to implement, was drafted by the conservative think tank Heritage Foundation. The leader of the Heritage Foundation, Kevin Roberts, stated in a podcast interview that Republicans are in the midst of “taking this country back” and that the U.S. is currently in a second American Revolution that will “remain bloodless if the left allows it to be.”

From America’s Mayor following the attack on 9/11, to … well … this

A panel of judges ruled that Giuliani would be “disbarred from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court, and his name stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law in the State of New York”, the Associated Press reported.

The decision comes as Giuliani already had his New York law license suspended for making false statements after the 2020 election.

Where has the Democratic “leaders” and sycophants of Ocean County and Toms River been!? And whereever they’ve been, they have also been silent.

Christopher D. Olszak, Esq, of Davison Eastman Muñoz Paone, P.A., I hope you see this and, on behalf of the family of Jeanne Pyne and executor(s) of her estate and with regard to her extraordinary 1 million dollar donation to THE TOMS RIVER ANIMAL SHELTER, I urge that prompt action be taken for the prompt return of the donation to the estate; considering that the current "Mayor" has unilaterally and effectively CLOSED THE TOMS RIVER ANIMAL SHELTER and, therefore, the donor's original intent has been disregarded.

In fact, the "Mayor's" Business Administrator recently appeared before and attested to the Ocean County Board of Health that there was "no money" in the upcoming budget for the animal shelter (although operations of the shelter cost approximately $500,000/year) and, therefore, it has been intended to be closed and the donation to be used for other purposes. As well, the "Mayor" also has more recently caused the shelter's social media platform to be deactivated, all animals removed and no further animals being accepted, and all but one shelter employee (for now) being placed on administrative leave and advised that their employment is terminated at the conclusion of the following 45 days. Accordingly, it is clear that, for all intents and purposes, the shelter is closed and the donor's estate is entitled to have the donation returned.

I have reached this conclusion in light of the simple and clear facts that the donation was made to the Toms River Animal Shelter and that the shelter is now effectively closed; coupled with my legal research and consideration of a 2013 precedent setting case by the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. More specifically, the decision was rendered in the case of Adler v. SAVE, 432 N.J.Super. 101 (App. Div. 2013).

Background:
Donors filed suit against non-profit animal shelter, seeking the return of the donation they had made to shelter and alleging that shelter accepted their donation fully aware that they had expected the funds to be specifically earmarked for the stated purpose of constructing two rooms exclusively designated for the care of large dogs and older cats. The Superior Court, Law Division, Mercer County, found that donors were entitled to the full return of their charitable gift, and shelter appealed.

Holdings:
The Superior Court, Appellate Division, Fuentes, P.J.A.D., as matters of first impression, held that:

1. charity that solicits and accepts a gift from a donor, knowing that the donor's expressed purpose for making the gift was to fund a particular aspect of the charity's eleemosynary mission, is bound to return the gift when charity unilaterally decides not to honor the donor's originally expressed purpose;

2. absent donor's consent, the recipient of the gift is not at liberty to ignore or materially modify the expressed purpose underlying the donor's decision to give;

3. reviewing court's duty is to enforce donor's original intent, by directing the charity to either fulfill the condition or return the gift;

4. since shelter decided to unilaterally disregard the donors' expressed condition, basic fairness dictated that the gift be returned to the donors.

This Mayor is what we, as Toms River democrats, and the people of our community get when we allow, tolerate, and enable failures of leadership to occupy the space of leadership and fail to engender good people to be good leaders and candidates for our government elections.

The problem isn’t the elected officials, as much as our collective failure to hold our political party leadership accountable.

WTF Rodrick…

More ridiculousness and pettiness from the Rodrick administration:

According to Jason Allentoff, Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Micromedia and that maintains Jersey Shore Online and The Toms River Times, an official with Toms River Township Government, New Jersey has “requested” that the FREE Micromedia newspapers and stand be removed from town hall. In statements published on social media, Allentoff and Micromedia entities specifically stated:

“For 19 years, The Toms River Times has been available in the lobby of Toms River Town Hall on Washington Street - that is, until today. An official from the township has requested that we remove the Micromedia stand and newspapers from the building. Be advised that you can still grab your free copy each week from the Ocean County Library next door, and at hundreds of other locations around the community. Thanks to all our readers and advertisers for your continued support.”

Paul C. Williams for Toms River Council files lawsuit on his own, to void the actions of the Toms River Township Council at the 1/18/24 and 2/14/24 meetings. Among the many actions, the Council approved ordinances that effectively destabilizes the organizational structure of the police department.
