We're looking for a Residential Specialist! Apply to: Yvonne Tertel, HR Manager at [email protected]

Position Summary
– Provide assistance and direction to La Posada house guests
– Respond to needs of house guests
– Provide customer-friendly service; preparing meals from established meal plan and monitoring approved food preparation activities of house guests; ensuring all rooms are ready for occupancy; maintaining daily staff logs, and ensuring the ongoing order, cleanliness and safety of the facility are sustained.

Top Qualifications
– Candidate must have high school degree or GED
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate and provide direction to a diverse population
– 1 year of relevant work experience in a social services environment preferred.
