📢 What is CDBG?

We have seen a number of questions recently regarding the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, what it is, and what types of projects the City is eligible to complete using these funds.

To help answer those questions, we are sharing a presentation that was previously provided by CDBG representatives during a public meeting. The slideshow offers an overview of the program, eligibility requirements, funding priorities, and examples of projects that may qualify for CDBG assistance.

We encourage all residents to take a few moments to review the presentation and below flyers to learn more about this important funding source that helps support community improvement projects.

🏡⏰ Just ONE DAY left to enter the Best Dressed House Contest! 🇺🇸

If you haven't submitted your home yet, be sure to get your entry to the City Manager's Office by 4:00 PM on June 9th.

🏆 Final judging will take place throughout the day on Wednesday, June 17th, and the City Manager's Office will contact the top three winners directly following the judging.

A huge thank you to everyone who has participated and helped make this a fun community event. We have enjoyed seeing the creativity, pride, and spirit displayed throughout our neighborhoods!

🎓 Attention Titusville Seniors & Residents! 🎓

The Senior Signs have officially been placed at Scheide Park on behalf of the Titusville School District and the City of Titusville! We invite the community to stop by, take a look, and help celebrate the Class of 2026 and all of their accomplishments. 🤎💛

We kindly ask that all signs remain in the park for passersby to see and enjoy until the evening after graduation. Following graduation, Seniors may stop by Scheide Park to pick up their sign and take it home as a keepsake.

Congratulations to the graduating Class of 2026! 🚀

The Roughneck Gravel Roubaix will take place this weekend in Titusville. The event will be hosted at the Titusville Ironworks, with racers beginning their route by traveling east on Water Street.

To help ensure the safety of participants, spectators, residents, and motorists, South Franklin Street will be temporarily closed on Saturday, May 23rd from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This road closure has been requested by event organizers and approved for the duration of the event.

Please refer to the attached map for the affected area and planned closure route.

Detour and traffic control signs will be posted throughout the area leading up to and during the event. We appreciate the public’s patience and cooperation as we help support a safe and successful community event.
