On behalf of Pillars & Plants, Inc. operators of the Ozan Inghram Iron Mountain Neighborhood Center, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Debra Maxwell on this well-deserved recognition. Ms. Debra has truly been a part of the heart and soul behind many of the programs and services at the center, always serving with compassion, dedication, and a genuine love for people.

Congratulations, Ms. Debra, and thank you for being such a blessing to so many.

Debra Maxwell is a proud and devoted mother to her son, Marcus, and a loving grandmother to twelve grandchildren. She is a dedicated member of Lonoke Baptist Church, where she faithfully served as Head Usher and remains actively involved in the Women’s Ministry.

Debra retired from Red River Army Depot after years of committed service. Even in retirement, she continues to give back to her community in meaningful ways.

She is a devoted volunteer with the Tough Kookie Foundation, where she has consistently led one of the largest teams in the annual 5K race for five consecutive years. Her leadership and dedication have made a lasting impact on the organization.

In addition, Debra plays an important role behind the scenes, serving over correspondence and T-shirt coordination for the foundation. She also serves as the Corresponding Secretary for the Women of Texarkana Tea Party, where she helps ensure effective communication and organization.

Debra is also an active member of PolCare, further demonstrating her commitment to service, community engagement, and making a difference in the lives of others.

Happy Mother’s Day !!Today, we celebrate the strength, love, sacrifice, and dedication of all mothers and mother figures in our community. Your nurturing spirit helps build stronger families and brighter futures each and every day.

We would also like to extend a very special THANK YOU to Ms. Sherry Watson and Mr. Jacoby Jackson for their generosity and thoughtfulness in helping us celebrate the amazing mothers we serve. Their donations of gifts, supplies, and special Mother’s Day treats truly made this day even more meaningful.
