Mr. Hamid Mazuji,
Lake County Judge Heidi Davis has forwarded a letter you sent to her office on July 29, 2021. This letter attempts to have a sitting judge address issues you have with the Lake County Building Services Department regarding a permit and work done on 12515 Woodlea Road, Tavares, FL 32778.
On behalf of the County Attorney, I have reviewed the issues highlighted in your letter. It appears you have already been correctly advised on the corrections that are needed. The property in question is legally owned by Nasrin Mazuji and Manijeh Mazuji. Without the proper legal authority to sign for the owners of the property, or the proper licensing, you cannot attain a permit to erect, alter, or reconstruct any building on this property per Lake County Code. You have not provided documentation showing that you own the property or that you are an authorized manager of the property.
Any unpermitted work that has already been completed will be need to be removed or Lake County Building Services will continue with their building code enforcement case.
Furthermore, a review of previous emails sent by you to County employees has brought to light inappropriate comments and insulting language. Lake County does not tolerate harassment of its employees in connection with their work by non-employees. We request you immediately cease and desist from interacting with County employees in that manner.
