Parlor Dining on Dewey street

Parlor Dining on Dewey street Parlor Dining on Dewey Street is a personal ministry of Brandee and Brett Christensen, members of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.

Guests 18 and older will be invited once a month to their home, for a unique dining experience, with the proceeds going to the ELCA Malaria campaign. Each month’s experience will create an atmosphere and cuisine centered on a different theme. Each four-course meal will take place on the second Saturday evening of each month in 2014, with the first open one in February. Although the cuisine and the

theme changes each month, the cause does not. The proceeds from your dining experience, which is $25 a plate, will go to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America's Malaria Campaign. Brett and I were just reflecting on our experience with this ministry and we both miss it sooo much! The "parlor dining" table had moved on to another venture! Painting and fellowship classes at our lovely Studio 3:)) We will be back somehow in 2016 with a new vision and passion! Thank you again for your support and stay tuned for what God has in-store!!

It's a wrap! 1 year of great fun and ministry! We had so much fun with you all and so appreciate all your support! Our mission was to create community while raising money for the ELCA Malaria Campaign and I believe it was a success! Total money raised was a bit over $4000! Our family hopes that you will be inspired to believe in your passion and make a difference in a mission that means something to you. We have made great friends, fun, food and amazing memories! Our biggest inspiration through out this journey was the passion Brett and I saw through our kids, their friends and our family!
Brett and I hope to continue this journey someday and we hope to see you all soon!!
