Annual Max Gottstein Blood Drive Annual blood drive in memory of Max Gottstein. This year’s drive will be April 14th from 12:30-6:30! Please help us honor Max’s memory by helping others.

In August 2017, three weeks before his 6th birthday, Summit resident Max Gottstein lost his battle against leukemia, a cancer he developed after fighting a rare eye cancer called retinoblastoma from the time he was just eight months old. Through years of treatments, hospital stays, and two bone marrow transplants, Max remained a magical little boy who loved life and delighted in other people. He c

harmed everyone he met, and inspired others with his strength and ability to shine even on the darkest days. Generously donated blood products were essential to Max’s treatment for years.
