Now Hiring – Maintenance / Janitorial / Construction Help
Stromsburg Housing Authority is looking for dependable individual(s) for as need, part-time or full-time work at our public housing apartment complex in Stromsburg, Nebraska.
Duties may include:
• General household maintenance and repairs
• Janitorial and cleaning duties
• Groundskeeping and lawn care
• Snow removal
• Painting and apartment turnovers
• Construction and remodeling assistance depending on experience and ability
We are looking for someone who:
• Is reliable and motivated
• Can work independently and with others
• Has maintenance, janitorial, or construction experience (preferred but not required)
• Is willing to learn and help where needed
• Is able to be on call
Hours and responsibilities may vary based on experience and availability. Pay depends on qualifications and experience.
