Incredibly sad news today from Maine Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife.

Please take a moment to send condolences and love to all of those who loved and were served by Game Warden Joshua Tibbetts who died today on duty.

Though specific crash details are not available, Joshua was in Western Maine helping stock fish when his plane crashed in Avon near Schoolhouse Pond. He was the only occupant of the plane.

He served his state through the DIFW since 2008 and his primary role for the last few years was piloting planes doing everything from stocking those fish to search and rescues.

At 50-years-old he dedicated his adult life to our communities and for that we are grateful.

DELA is also sharing generational pictures of all of us teaching our kids at a young age.
What is happening to Rep. Billy Bob is definitely a reflection of doing us all wrong. DELA has been working at protecting our Heritage for a long time and could see this coming in time.
We stand firm as well as the need that we all stick together with this threat to our livelihoods and Heritage.
