Today, the Star City School District proudly celebrates Flag Day, honoring the Stars and Stripes as a symbol of our nation's history, freedom, and unity.

Our flag represents the sacrifices made by those who have served and continue to serve our country, as well as the values of courage, perseverance, and opportunity that unite us as Americans. As we reflect on the meaning of our nation's flag, we are reminded of the importance of respect, citizenship, and pride in our community and country.

On this Flag Day, we encourage our students, staff, families, and community members to take a moment to appreciate the freedoms we enjoy and the many individuals who have helped protect them.

🌞🍎 Summer Meals Are Ready to Serve! 🍎🌞

At Star City School District, we are proud to continue serving our students all summer long! Our team has been hard at work preparing and organizing thousands of nutritious meals to ensure that every child has access to healthy food while school is out.

As you can see, our cafeteria is stocked, organized, and ready to go! From fresh fruits and vegetables to meal bags prepared with care, we are committed to supporting our students and families throughout the summer months.

A huge thank you to our Child Nutrition staff and volunteers whose dedication makes this program possible. Your hard work helps keep our students fueled, healthy, and ready for all their summer adventures!
