A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Financial First Aid Expo! We’re grateful to all of our amazing community partners and participants who came together to provide valuable resources and information to our community.

Welcome to OFE! Everyone please welcome our new Financial Wellbeing Coach, Kwayera (Pronounced KWAI era) Burrows to the team!

A St. Louis native, Kwayera provides FREE 1-on-1 financial coaching for City residents and employees, leads financial education workshops, and connects residents with resources to build stronger financial futures.

Education: Kwayera earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Education and Society from the University of Southern California.

Fun Fact: Kwayera enjoys growing produce in a community garden, practicing yoga and strength training, and spending time outdoors with her family.
