Did the Murph workout today and set a PR. Liberty Belle was a good coach!
The Murph is a 1 mile run followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, and another 1 mile run. It's named after Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy who lost his life in Afghanistan.
Do it (or something else) and donate the time it takes to your favorite charity supporting our troops' families.
