The committee reviewed FY27 CPA budget recommendations and FY26 project proposals related to affordable housing, first-time homebuyer assistance, parks and playground improvements, historic preservation, church restorations, outdoor recreation, neighborhood improvements, and urban green space studies.

🏘️ Members discussed funding priorities, affordable housing demand, and balancing support between large-scale and neighborhood-based projects. The committee voted to move the CPA recommendations forward to the full City Council for consideration.
