It is with extreme sadness, hurt, disappointment and anger that I have to announce EaglesWings101 Outreach has to stop indefinitely and possibly permanently.
Due to someone Breaking and Entering, theft and extensive Criminal Property Damage the trailer (Ivan) is out of commission.
The side panels on the front and back were pried and peeled back. What looks like a sledgehammer was taken to the door to break the new lock off as well as beat the door in jamming it shut after items were stolen. It looks like the same sledgehammer was used to beat numerous holes in the sheet metal from front to back.
The food, personal hygiene items, first aid items, my tools, and the brand new refrigerator that was recently donated were all taken. I am not sure what else was taken or what condition the inside of trailer is in, since I haven't gotten the door pried open yet.
Natalie and I put a lot of time, money, energy, and love into our outreach and that trailer. Along with Cheyenne and her family. We all have so many emotions and thoughts about how to process the damage and theft.

We will be putting outreach on hold for a bit of time.
We have some repairs and improvements to get done, reorganize and streamline our supplies, and get stock back to where we need it to be.
All of us involved with the outreach have very busy lives and sometimes life can sneak up and bite you. We are taking a brief pause to bite life back and get everything back in order. We will still be taking any and all donations of goods, supplies, clothes, foods to build our store back in. Also still taking monetary donations through the outreach Cashapp account. $EaglesWings101
We also have a guy that is going to help with this page and an actual website. Stay tuned and thank you all for following, helping, and caring.
A special thank you to the Schultz family for all you have done for us for so long! We couldn't have reached nearly as many people in need without your support and generosity!

Due to some personal issues and a funeral visitation Natalie and I are attending tonight, we will not be doing outreach tonight. Thursday Feb 23.
We will be back on schedule Monday.

Due to the current and expected weather conditions, we have done a risk assessment and have canceled outreach tonight.
The risk of having the trailer blown over or off yhe road is very high.
Also with having little to no heat in the trailer, the -20° windchill will be very dangerous.

Due to schedule conflicts we will not be out on Monday Dec.19th. As of now all other usual nights are still scheduled.

Here is an immediate need our outreach has.
The trailer has a propane heater that I have trouble getting lit or doing much heating and I am not sure of the safety of it. If anyone knows anyone who can work on a very old camper heater and can donate their time to help us get heat on these cold nights. Right now we are plugging a small space heater into the second circuit of the generator we use.
Which brings me to our second need.
Having to haul and fuel a gas power generator in the bed of my truck is not easy. What I would like is to set up a battery bank power inverter capable of powering a fridge, microwave, led lights, a couple outlets. So again anyone who has "A GUY" that can work on camper/RV heating and electrical.
I can afford parts if needed, I just can't afford labor charges. So I am asking people who are willing to donate an hour or two of your time and skills to help our outreach grow and help so many more.

I was informed that the Family Dollar in Petersburg is closing. Everything is 30% off today and on Monday will be 50% off. Anybody who can pick up items that would help our homeless Outreach from there that is a great place to get them really cheap and it would be greatly appreciated. I will be able to meet people at select times to pick up any donations.
Any personal hygiene items, wipes ,snacks, drinks, non-perishable foods, ramen bowls/cups, non refrigerated microwave foods, toiletries, bras, socks, underwear, clothes and shoes for adults. things like that would be wonderful to add to our supply.
