🤱🏾 Breastfeeding is the healthiest way to feed your baby. It provides individualised nutrition, protects your baby against infection, and helps growth, development and bonding. Breastfeeding is about closeness and comfort as well as nutrition.

🍼 You will be supported in the hospital and at home by midwives and maternity support workers in your choice of feeding whether you are breast or bottle feeding.

👶🏾 Your midwife will teach you how to hand express your milk before you go home. If you are thinking about expressing your milk, you can ask your midwife or health visitor for advice.

Here’s an overview of what to expect with a healthy breastfeeding newborn.

August 17th from 9am to 6pm and will be holding their backpack and school supply sale for K-12. In addition there will also be a Community Resource Fair for our local families so please come by then and have everything you need to get your kids ready for the 2022 - 2023 school year.

We are pleased to announce we are hosting a milk drive in collaboration with and on May 4th!

What exactly is a milk drive?

Basically we are condensing the screening process into a one day event! Because your busy life is a priority to us and NICU babies need some milk!

So…
If you have extra breastmilk (and you don’t anticipate your baby will need it in the future), call the milk bank to start the screening process and come on the 4th for your labs and to drop off milk! Babies and families are welcome, as we celebrate this gift that you have spent so much time to provide!
