Protection for creatives:
The United States Copyright laws offer protection for original works of authorship spanning many creative endeavors. Art, music, architecture, sculptures, writings, photographs, and even software fall under the protection of copyright.
According to copyright law, the original creative expression is considered to be the work of its author. You are the author if you created the work
A sector is an area of the economy in which businesses share the same or related business activity, product, or service. Sectors represent a large grouping of companies with similar business activities, such as the extraction of natural resources and agriculture.
Quinary sector of the economy (human services)
Quinary activities are services that focus on the creation, re-arrangement and interpretation of new and existing ideas; data interpretation and the use and evaluation of new technologies.

New industry: Profit for Social Advancement Industry
Social Businesses where the primary focus of the business is advancing and improving society, with a for-profit model. The profits from these businesses must be used in advancing and improving lives on a community level. Transparency is also expected in all business/community related aspects in this industry with the exception of information those that would potentially harm the profit potential for community level purposes.
Business type: Community Progress LLC
I am starting a business model to be fully re-creatable across the country. My business will fully grasp the vision of Ghandiās ābe the change you want to see.ā I am making a for-profit LLC where the profit goes exclusively to community needs. Community as defined by the county, city, or neighborhood where the owner and employees reside.
My franchise: For profit community center: Community Connections Learning Centers:
Community Centers based on assessing and supplying community needs in an ethical, unbiased, boundary teaching environment for public, social, and community advancement without the use of theology, politics, rapacious practices, and promoting the ideals of community, connection, advancement, compassion, knowledge, acceptance, accessibility, and authenticity. We will be using all profits to benefit the local community members via small businesses, individuals, events, community organizations, local non-profits, or any other community-based recommendations. We also prioritize the ability to provide all employees with real opportunities for advancement, and providing them with all the things we feel we should responsibly and ethically offer. Those include and are not limited to: Covered childcare, Unlimited PTO, minimum wage attached to county cost of living and maximum wages of 3 times that amount, transportation costs grants, emergency grants, full coverage health insurances, and a transparent understandable way to reach maximum wages. We also focus our efforts in helping people earn money in an ethical, dignified, and responsible way.
CCLC Spokane, Community Connections Learning Center, Community Connections Learning Center LLC
Is a local for-profit learning center based in Spokane, Washington attempting to fix a lot of the community wide issues we are experiencing. Unbiased- vulnerable-group learning, a Secular Sanctuary, a Place for community member to grow, heal, learn and love together with a short mission of repairing the fear and separation within our community caused by communal ignorance of our neighbors and population. We also focus on setting a model for Community Progress LLCs and being able to copy our model of Community Connections Learning Centers across the nation. We are focused in gathering and giving information in an accessible, attainable, affordable way, and always in the name of progression and improvement.
New Profession: Professional Community Intelligence Advocate:
A person who makes money by using their intuition and gained skills from life to help others understand and advocate for those who have focused their lives on the following classes of intelligence:
Ethical, Social, philosophical, empathy, self-awareness, behavioral, emotional, communicational, relational, objectivity, and resource intelligences.
Via the use of: group discussions, trust, compassion, lesson-containing publications, a desire for change, community intelligence, and all under the purpose of social and community progression.
Practicing via: group classes, one on private-group classes, workshops, workbooks, studies, discussion, and shared learning experiences.
1ST offering will be an 8 week course for an introductory price of $70 a week, studying with peers in 90 minute classes, of the self help book- Positive Parenting, an Essential guide. By Rebecca Eanes.
I will read the book allowed section by section, and we as a group, will discuss ideas and personal experiences, opinions on the work, worksheets for understanding, practicing relevant suggestions, and with a goal gaining a deeper understanding of self, relationships, communications, and emotions.
