🇺🇸 DEFEND THE GUARD 🇺🇸

Right now, the federal government can deploy your state’s National Guard overseas without a formal declaration of war from Congress. That means Washington’s Guard can be sent into foreign conflicts without the full constitutional process ever being followed.

Defend the Guard is a simple idea: if Congress hasn’t declared war, the Guard stays home. It forces accountability back into the system and makes sure the decision to send troops into harm’s way isn’t made quietly or endlessly stretched out over time.

This isn’t about isolation, it’s about following the Constitution and making sure war powers aren’t abused. If leaders believe a conflict is worth it, they should be willing to vote on it.

Bring the Guard home unless war is declared.

So a student can be arrested over a message in a private conversation…
But when people in power use rhetoric that contributes to violence, war, or real-world consequences—that’s defended as free speech?
We’re really going to pretend that makes sense?
This isn’t about safety.
This is about who is allowed to say what—
and who isn’t.
And here’s the part no one seems to be talking about…
Why isn’t this everywhere?
If free speech actually mattered to the mainstream media, this would be headline news.
Instead—silence.
If that kind of speech is protected at the highest levels…
then why isn’t this?

Government surveillance shouldn’t happen in the shadows.

FISA warrants are approved in secret courts, with no opposing lawyers, no public oversight, and a nearly perfect approval rate. 📄👁️

That’s not justice. That’s unchecked power.
The 4th Amendment was supposed to protect you from unreasonable searches.

Secret warrants with low standards don’t meet that bar.

We believe:
✔️ Warrants should require real probable cause
✔️ Surveillance should be transparent
✔️ Government should be accountable

Freedom doesn’t disappear all at once. It erodes quietly when no one is watching.
And that’s exactly the problem. ⚠️
