Aging is a varied experience, but one that unites us. Let’s build a society that works for us all.
Learn more about opportunities in our local communities Age & Dementia Friendly Connections.

Did you know that how we think about aging can affect how long we live?

Older adults with more positive self-perceptions of aging live an average of 7.5 years longer than those with negative views. Optimism is important, and so is the way we talk about aging.

Join us in talking about ageism as we approach Ageism Awareness Day this Thursday. Learn more and access resources at https://asaging.org/ageism-awareness/
