Grateful for the opportunity to spend the day at the Engaging Women’s Conference hosted by St. Mary’s college last week. It was such an important pause in our work — a chance to celebrate, connect, and learn alongside so many strong and inspiring women in our community.

We continue to stand in support of the incredible women on our team and the women everywhere who lead, serve, create, and keep the world moving forward.

We also love that registration for this event helps support future women entrepreneurs in our community, creating even more opportunities for women to grow and thrive.

What happens when a team that believes in PLAY heads out of town for a conference?
We kicked off our trip with a cell phone case exchange! Each teammate drew a name and picked out a fun phone case for that person to use for the ENTIRE conference. Let’s just say… there were lots of laughs, plenty of hilarious reactions, and definitely a few confused looks from people around us as we proudly carried our new accessories everywhere we went.
One thing we know for sure: play matters — not just for children, but for adults too. Moments of joy, connection, and laughter help build strong relationships, and strong relationships help us do meaningful work together.

¡Celebramos con orgullo a el sexto cohorte de graduadas de nuestra capacitación HighScope de 120 horas! Este logro refleja dedicación, compromiso y una pasión por ofrecer una educación infantil temprana de alta calidad. Nos llena de alegría ver a este increíble grupo de profesionales prepararse para transformar la vida de los niños a través del enfoque HighScope. Gracias a todas las que han sido parte de este camino. Juntas, seguimos construyendo las bases para un futuro más brillante en la educación de la primera infancia. A nuestras graduadas: ¡sigan adelante y continúen creciendo! Este es solo el comienzo, y estaremos aquí en cada paso del camino para apoyarlas, animarlas y acompañarlas en su trayectoria educativa.

We’re home from an incredible few days in San Antonio at the HighScope Leadership Conference! Feeling so blessed for safe travels, meaningful time together as a team, and the opportunity to continue learning and growing alongside early childhood leaders from across the globe. We built new connections, shared lots of laughter, and enjoyed soaking in the beautiful art, culture, and history of the city along the way.

Our office will be closed May 11–13 as our team travels to the HighScope Leadership Conference! This is such a privilege for us, and we’re excited to learn, grow, and bring new ideas back to the work we do with all of you.
While we’re there, we’ll be attending dynamic sessions and keynotes from leading voices in education and touring early childhood programs to see innovative practices in action. We can’t wait to share what we learn when we return! Can you guess where we will be going?

We had the incredible honor of addressing the graduates at Ivy Tech the other night, and what a special moment it was! So many of these graduates began their training journey with us, and it fills us with pride to see how far they’ve come.

We are beyond proud of each and every one of them—not only for this achievement, but for the impact they will continue to make for children, families, and their communities.

You’ve made yourselves and your families proud, and we are honored to have been part of your journey. Congratulations, graduates!

Tuvimos el increíble honor de hablar ante los graduados de Ivy Tech hace unos días, ¡y qué momento tan especial fue! Muchos de estos graduados comenzaron su trayectoria de formación con nosotros, y nos llena de orgullo ver todo lo que han logrado.

Estamos sumamente orgullosos de cada uno de ellos, no solo por este logro, sino por el impacto que seguirán teniendo en los niños, las familias y sus comunidades.
