Napa was amazing! We got to try some great reserve wines while there! We visited a few wineries including some smaller family owned estate vineyards producing 10,000 cases of wine/year, up to Sutter Home which produces 20 Million cases/year!! Great experience, with way too many great wines to mention!! Although our favorite was the Nicholson Ranch Cab. Sauv. Estate Reserve!

Did you know the difference in wine availability will vary based on liquor store? While the Draper store has a large stock and variety, your best bet is going to be the two Utah "Wine Stores" to find those rare wines, and specialty wines.

Save the date - March 12th at Finca. Great opportunity to try some of Spain's best Sparkling Wines, and the great tapas offered at Finca. Hope to make this one!

Finca restaurant hosts Ravenetos i Blanc and winemaker/owner Pepe Raventos for a special sparkling wine dinner.

Stay safe on the roads today!! Tip of the day... Make sure your wine is at the right temperature before serving. It can make a big difference in the taste of the wine.

Champagne, Sparkling, and Dessert Wine: 40° F
Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio: 45-48°F
Chardonnay, Chablis: 48-52°F
Pinot Noir: 60-64°
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz: 64-66° F
