The 2026/2027 School Tax Bills have been mailed
1st Half due by 9/30/2026
2nd Half due by 1/31/2027
This is the only mailing that will be sent out for this billing.
You must remember the 2nd half payment due by January 31, 2027.
Ways to pay:
In Person: If you would like to pay in person or are paying with CASH, please enter through the side entrance of the Town Hall. The Tax Office is on the first floor.
Online through the Town of Somers website: We accept ACH and Credit Card payments through our online website. Please follow this link https://somers.municipaltaxpayments.com/ and make your payments from home. PLEASE NOTE: There are associated fees.
Online Bill Pay through your Bank: Many banks offer online bill pay. You can pay your taxes this way by initiating the bank to mail a check in for your taxes. Just make sure it is made out to Michele McKearney, Receiver of Taxes, include your bill number and address in the memo portion of the check and mail in time to be received by 9/30/26.
Mail: When using the post office please make sure that your payment is postmarked by 9/30/26. If paying on the last day, please have the post office hand stamp your envelope.
