It's going to be busy at Heaps Peak Arboretum in June! There are TWO Fee Free Days this month: June 6, National Trails Day, and June 13, National Get Outdoors Day. There are 2 Bird Walks, a Naturalist-Led nature walk, a kids' Nature Craft morning, and two Sunday afternoon concerts. We hope you can come visit! Check the website for times

This Saturday, May 9 at 9 am, a naturalist will be leading a walk around the Arboretum discussing the trees and plants. It will be fun, informative, and a beautiful day.

Welcome May! Saturday, May 2, there will be a guided bird walk. Birders meet at the picnic tables at 8 am. Attendees of the last two walks spotted over twenty different birds each time. Plus it's beautiful on the mountain right now

Thank you to all our supporters who came out today to purchase native plants for their gardens!! The sale was a big success. We use the proceeds to print the brochures we give away, buy new signs, add new fencing, and to add to our native plant gardens.

Thanks to Jensen's for donating coffee for the volunteers who arrived before 7 this morning to set up for the sale.
