The Skokie Firefighter’s Benevolent Fund is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that was established in 2004. Our mission is to provide a safety net for the sworn and civilian members of the Skokie Fire Department, both current and retired. We also support the community through the Assist-A-Family Program, run by the Village’s Health Department. We do not require dues or initiation fees and thus all

monies come from donations and fund raising events. The Board of Directors are volunteers and there is no office or the associated expenses; rent, phone, fax, etc... Consequently, all proceeds the fund receives go to providing assistance.

The Benevolent Fund is excited to announce the 2026 Bowling Fundraiser! Join us again at Bowlero in Niles on Sunday, February 1st for a fun-filled day of bowling, food, and prizes.

Registration: 10:00–11:00 AM, Bowling: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM

We had an awesome turnout last year and can’t wait to do it again! Expect great raffle prizes, plus our always-popular 50/50 raffle.

What’s included: 2 hours of bowling (about 2 games, depending on pace), Shoe rental, Food: chicken tenders, pizza, and fries, Unlimited soft drinks, and a 10 arcade card (20 credits)

We’re planning for 5–6 bowlers per lane, so there will be plenty of time to get both games in.
