In uncertain times it brings me nothing but pleasure to see young men like this step up to be a part of something bigger than themselves. Please help me welcome Bryan Gray to the South Dakota National Guard! Bryan will become a Internment/Resettlement Specialist with the 235th MP Co (Military Police Company) out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Congratulations to Sam Johnson on his promotion to Private First Class after just a few short months in our organization! Sam has put in a lot of work preparing himself for training in January while attending SDSU. Many more promotions in this young mans future!! Look who's back from training!! James Brumbaugh just completed his training to become a 92F (Petroleum Supply Specialist) and will be supporting the 155th Engineer Company out of Parkston, SD. He waisted no time enrolling into Mitchell Technical Institute to utilize our 83.5% tuition reduction and his GI Bill to start his path to pursue a career working with automation for factory robotics! It's has been a pleasure working with James and I know he will continue do great things with one of the best Engineer units in the nation! Hey all! Sorry it's been so long since I have posted! Lotta changes the past few months. I have taken a new position recruiting in the Sioux Falls, South Dakota area living in Hartford. Although I will miss everyone I have met and had the opportunity to work with in my old area, I am excited to keep spreading the awesome opportunities that our organization has to offer! One thing the Army has taught me is the ability to adapt! Which is something I think we can all agree has come in handy in 2020. Stay positive, stay healthy, and Go Guard!

I would like to welcome Dalton Lunde to the SDARNG! Dalton recently enlisted as a 25Q(Multichannel Transmission Systems Operator-Maintainer) with the 115th Signal Company out of Sioux Falls. Also the same unit his sister Josie Lunde is attached to!! I am excited to see the great things that this young man accomplishes in the years to come. Welcome to the team Dalton!

I would like to welcome Samuel Johnson as the newest member of our team! Samuel is going to be a 12T (Technical Engineer) with the 155th Engineer Company out of Wagner, SD. Samuel also received every incentive that we can offer! Along with his education benefits he will receive a $20,000 bonus, the GI Bill Kicker, and the new college first option!! I am excited to watch him do great things both in and out of uniform at SDSU over the next few years! I would like to welcome and congratulate Regan Hubers on her recent enlistment into the SDARNG! Regan is taking advantage of our split training option and also landing a 20K bonus and the GI Bill kicker along with all of our other benefits!! When complete with her training she will be a 92Y (Supply Specialist) with the 665th Maintenance Support Company out of Mitchell, SD. I am excited to see Regan accomplish great things both in and out of uniform.
