My opponent took her party leaders' advice after her disastrous election-denying interviews: Stop talking to the press. "Johnson did not respond to a request for an interview from Forum News Service." I spoke with reporters from *The Blaze* Radio Network's WNAX, and she's afraid to speak with the Mitchell Daily Republic. 🙃

Monae Johnson, who upset incumbent Steve Barnett at the Republican convention, has been difficult to pin down on the legitimacy of the past election. Democrat Tom Cool is betting that stance can turn enough swing voters to his side.

Secretary of State elections usually run under the radar. But the stakes in these races across the country have never been greater than in 2022, with election deniers aiming to take over as states' top election officials. At best if they win, we'll have election officials with poor judgment. At worst, the "wrong kind" of voters will be disenfranchised and the will of the people - democracy itself - overturned. Please vote for honesty and TRUE election integrity.
