Yesterday marked the conclusion of three outstanding days of professional learning, bringing together educators from across the region with a shared purpose: improving outcomes for students.

Over the past three days, teachers, administrators, and support staff from multiple districts have collaborated, shared ideas, learned, and strengthened practices that will directly impact classrooms this school year. The opportunity to learn alongside colleagues from neighboring schools and districts reminds us that while we may serve different communities, we are united by the same mission—helping students thrive.

We are grateful to everyone who traveled to our district to participate and contribute to meaningful conversations about teaching and learning. The exchange of ideas, experiences, and perspectives made these three days richer and more impactful for all involved.

Together, we are building stronger schools, stronger educators, and brighter futures for students.

Day 2 of training with Marty Huitt is in the books!

Educators continued their learning and collaboration as they explored practical strategies for supporting students, strengthening relationships, and creating positive learning environments where every child can succeed.

One of the most valuable aspects of this experience has been the opportunity for educators from multiple districts to learn alongside one another, share ideas, and engage in meaningful conversations focused on student success.

This week, we are excited to welcome educators from across the region for a three-day professional learning experience with Marty Huitt. On day one, participants engaged in meaningful discussions focused on understanding student behavior, building positive relationships, and creating supportive learning environments where all students can thrive.

Throughout the day, educators collaborated, shared experiences, and gained practical strategies to take back to their schools and classrooms.

We are grateful to host this outstanding learning opportunity and look forward to two more days of learning, collaboration, and professional growth.
