🌼 Help Keep Downtown Shoals Blooming! 🌼

We’re looking for weekly volunteers to help water the flower pots, bridge boxes, and flower beds throughout the Historic Shoals River District this summer.

Volunteers may water anytime during their assigned week, and families, friends, and older children are welcome to help. Water access is available at Town Hall, and 5-gallon buckets work best.

Each week, 3–4 volunteers help care for the flowers throughout the Historic Shoals River District.  Volunteers are welcome to bring a friend, family member, or older child to help make the task fun and enjoyable for everyone.

The Shoals VFW has undergone a FACELIFT, generously funded by the Martin County Alliance Facade Grant. The window design was expertly crafted by Johnny's Signs, while the installation was skillfully performed by the Shoals High School Art Class. Special appreciation is extended to Reva Troutman for her exceptional dedication and for providing her students with a valuable opportunity to showcase their talents. We are extremely satisfied with the results. We love it!
