Monday's City Council meeting is a big one for housing in Seward!
Six Developer Reimbursement Program applications are coming before Council, representing over $1.4 million in infrastructure investment across our community. The DRP helps make housing development possible by reimbursing developers for up to 50% of utility extension costs and since 2020, it has helped bring 124 new lots to market in Seward.
This round includes the program's first ever condominium project, a 17-unit building that marks an exciting new chapter for housing in our community.
The meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall and is livestreamed on YouTube. Read more in this week's City Manager Newsletter! 👇

Whether you're starting, stopping, or transferring water and electric service, here's your handy guide. Just a reminder that utilities are managed at two separate locations, so you'll want to swing by both offices to fully complete the process.
