Rainier Valley Heritage Festival Rainier Valley Heritage Festival now partners with Othello International Festival. Sunday, August 9, 2026 at Othello Park The Parade begins at 12noon.

The Rainier Valley Heritage Parade and Festival takes place on Rainier Avenue in Columbia City on Saturday, August 15, 2015. Followed by Festival until 4:30pm. It’s a celebration of cultural diversity with various groups displaying their beauty and unique talents in the parade. Come join us as we together celebrate the diversity of 98118 when Rainier Avenue becomes our playground! Parade theme: Heritage. Festival theme: Backyard Games.
