Finding a prosthetist is like dating. You want to be able to tell them your goals and depend on their support to get you there. You have to have difficult conversations and oftentimes are in a vulnerable position when working with them. I have moved around the US a lot and had to get a new prosthetist every time. I “interview” them before I settle on one because I know this relationship has to be a good fit 🧡
