The town of Tremont Maine at the encouragement of a neighbor has decided to dig a ditch down the side of our historical farmhouse property. The only purpose is to redirect water runoff from state route 102 down the side of the farmhouse land instead of through the existing culvert that work fine. All so the neighbor will be happy. No other reason just to make the neighbor happy and destroy the farmhouse property. This could happen to you if you live in the town of Tremont Maine. the local government thinks this is normal activity. They must have a lot of tax money available to them. Call or visit the town office to express your opinion.
