Well, it finally happened! After a little... let's call it 'character building'... your Chiefs and First Sergeants have officially broken their losing streak and pulled off a stunning victory against the talented Airman Leadership School Class 26-C! The current record for the year stands at a 1-2.

We'd love to say it was all pure skill and experience, but we suspect the First Sergeants' secret weapon might have tilted the scales: the legendary Additional Duty First Sergeants! Their presence was truly a game-changer.

A huge shout-out to the members of ALS Class 26-C! They fought with incredible heart and put their new leadership tools to the test, proving that teamwork and strategy are a powerful combination. It was a nail-biter to the very end, but this time, experience (and maybe a little desperation) won the day.

Nov POM - NCO Category - SSgt Chaney Marius - 375 MDSS
SSgt Marius led a major modernization of the Wing's BLS/CPR program, certifying 64 new instructors and securing life-saving capabilities for 5,000 personnel.

Dec POM - AMN Category - A1C Christopher Lacey - 375 MDSS
A1C Lacey, performing in an E-5 role, conducted a 77-item quarterly audit, driving a 14% improvement in the Groups DHA compliance to an impressive 94%.

Jan POM - AMN Category - SrA Morgan Myers - 375 MDSS
SrA Myers stepped up to fill an E-5 floor manager vacancy for four weeks with 50% manning, ensuring uninterrupted care for 136 patients and performing 143 diagnostic exams.

Feb POM - AMN Category - A1C Dean Tibbitts - 375 MDSS
A1C Tibbitts filled in as NCOIC for a month, leading 5 staff across 3 sections during a 75% manning deficit and doubling the previous month's output.

A moment of silence, please, for the pride of the Scott AFB Chiefs Group and First Sergeants, which was unceremoniously spiked into oblivion by the powerhouse 26B ALS class on the volleyball court. This is our second defeat this fiscal year, and we are officially accepting applications for a new team strategy. And maybe some younger players. 😉 Congrats to our talented new leaders!

During our January Chiefs Group meeting we were able to recognize our November NCO Performer of the Month, SSgt Victoria Norwak from the 618 AOC. She dual-hatted 2 NCOIC positions, overseeing the AOCs planning and ex*****on of DAF's HFBoldQuest25 exercise bridging 24 Joint and Allied forces globally.

Help us congratulate our October and Novemeber Chiefs Group Performers of the Month!

- SrA Mohammed from the 375 AES. He identified & resolved critical Electronic Flight Bag issues, improving system reliability across the installation.

- SSgt Adkins from the 375 AES. She boosted sq readiness by 18%, strengthening the CJCS' Immediate Response Force capability through expert instruction and training.

- SrA Dabichan from the 375 AES. He's a logistics powerhouse, ensuring deployment readiness by managing critical assets, modernizing training, and resolving discrepancies that saved $75K.
