We believe in fair housing for manufactured tenants - where homeowners are truly homeowners and renters have more protections . Equal and fair financing practices for all manufactured tenants.
Your home should be a safe haven- where it's a right not a privilege. MHANY will not stop until every tenant has equal housing rights, fair financing practices and access to services that are regulated and enforced so all parks have clean water, adequate infrastructure that is safe for all.

This is why we do what we do....because we are not one park...or one state...anyone living in a manufactured park- it is vital we organize and use our voice for change, because change can and will happen!

Our silence is compliance and permission for corporate landlords to continue to do what they are doing to tenants. Your voice matters. We have created an Economic bill of rights for manufactured tenants. We must break up the engine that keeps us trapped. We hope tenants will join us, along with legislators in this state and all states. We demand change for all of us.
Together we rise, together we use our voices for change...together we bring real change needed to all of us.
