At Siena House, we see safety in the everyday moments: a full plate, a warm bath, a listening ear, a gentle voice, and a place to simply breathe again.

Because when a mother feels safe, hope has room to grow. And when a baby is safe, the future begins with stability and love.

Following the ABCs of safe sleep can help reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and create a safer sleep environment for your baby.

🛏️ A – Alone: Baby sleeps alone in their own sleep space.
🌙 B – Back: Always place baby on their back for every sleep.
👶 C – Crib: Use a safety-approved crib, bassinet, or play yard with a firm, flat mattress.

Small steps can make a big difference in keeping your baby safe. 💕
