🎃👻Happy Catfish Friday! 👻🎃
Channel Catfish are on their way to 4 of the 5 Neighborhood Fishin' sites in DFW. This is the last catfish stocking of the season. Rainbow Trout will begin the day before Thanksgiving (11/26).
**Chisholm Park in Hurst will NOT be stocked this week due to concerns about water quality. The 426 catfish will be stocked next week. So check back here next week for the stocking date and time.**
Stocking times for the 4 sites being stocked today are as follows and may vary due to traffic, weather, etc.:
Mesquite City Lake (710 fish every 2 weeks): ~9:05AM
Lakeside Park in Duncanville (426 fish every 2 weeks): ~9:45AM
Greenbriar Park in Fort Worth (426 fish every 2 weeks): ~10:30AM
South Lakes Park Pond (South pond) in Denton (540 fish every 2 weeks): ~12:00PM
Please remember anglers are permitted only 2 poles each, there is no minimum length limit on Channel Catfish, and the daily bag limit is 5 fish per person. If y'all observe any violations, please contact Operation Game Thief at 1-800-792-4263.
