WaterFX We have launched a California public offering for the construction of the first commercial solar desalination plant to be built in California’s Central Valley.

The project is called HydroRevolution. It is an expansion of the WaterFX demonstration plant that operated last year in the Panoche Water and Drainage District in order to treat irrigation drainage water on the west side of the San Joaquin River. The new plant will eventually be capable of producing up to 1.6 billion gallons (5,000 acre-feet) of freshwater per year. HydroRevolution’s source of imp
