The Guardian Lowrider The Guardian is a community outreach tool created by the community... for the community.

The Guardian was built in partnership by the San Diego Police Department and the Lowrider Community of San Diego. Prior to its new mission, The Guardian was an actual police car retired from service. It’s mission is to bridge the gap between
law enforcement and the lowrider community. By breaking down barriers and stereotypes that exist between the lowrider community at large and law enforcementt,

we foster a good working relationship that benefits the various communities of the City of San Diego. The Guardian could not have been possible without the donations, sponsorship, quality workmanship, and professional craftsmanship provided by local businesses within the community. Through these amazing local businesses The Guardian came together without spending a single taxpayer dollar.

I don't have the words to express the level of gratitude and thanks I have for everyone who participated in this years cruise for peace! You have once again touched our lives in such a positive way. Thank you soooo much to you all and to those who helped spread the word about our cause. Such a great turn out for such a great event. I will be posting pics and videos very soon so keep an eye out. Special thanks to all our volunteers and to Holly for your continued support and love. Thanks everyone, great day to be in SD, Ca.
