One of the long-term effects of climate change will be to worsen the massive wildfires Californians suffer from. It's time we take action together to combat industrial greenhouse gas production, reduce our reliance on fossil fuels, and develop effective solutions to this problem. Climate change is an undeniable problem, the effects of which we are only beginning to see, and we cannot afford to ignore it.
It's quite a list, from premature deaths due to heatstroke to anticipated spikes in Lyme disease, valley fever, and even kidney stones.
