What You Bring:
• Proven Leadership: 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years leading teams at a Director level or higher.
• Growth Mindset: Success in scaling organizations and a "forward-thinking" approach to human capital.
• Professional Ethics: A foundation of strong judgment and professionalism to lead our employee relations and compliance.
