‼️Sign this petition to help us defeat racial discrimination and stop ACA 7 before it gets too far! Take action now to defend equality.

The California Legislature is at it again. They want to nullify the provision of the California Constitution that says: “The state shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, s*x, color, ethnicity, or national origin...”

We can’t let that happen.

"ACA-7 is all about asking voters to pre-approve whatever exceptions to Proposition 209 that Governor Newsom or some unknown future governor decides to make," said Gail Heriot, Chair of the No on ACA 7 Campaign and Professor of Law at the University of San Diego[1]. "I am confident that if it makes the ballot and voters understand it, they will reject it. The state senate should stop it before it gets that far."

"Equality is our inheritance as Americans. It is the hard-fought fruit of a radically liberal experiment, forged through blood, sweat and tears,” commented Hon.
