There's a one day all-day Generative AI Workshop for Google Cloud Developers on Friday, August 25 (In-person only). If you are attending Google Cloud Next (August 29-31), this is that perfect excuse to come a little early and spend the weekend exploring
San Francisco before the conference!

This is an all day, hands-on workshop targeted at technical practitioners looking for hands-on training with generative AI on Google Cloud.

The Generative AI Technical workshop covers a collection of labs on how to use generative AI on Google Cloud. Through these labs, you will learn about how to use the models in the Vertex AI PaLM API family, including text-bison@001, chat-bison@001, textembedding-gecko@001. You will also learn about prompt design, best practices, and how it can be used for ideation, text classification, text extraction, text summarization, and more. You'll also learn about how to tune foundational models.

All of the content delivered in the workshop will be made available to the attendees, so to enable reusability of the content for subsequent customer meetings.

Vertex AI Workbench
Vertex AI Pipelines
Vertex AI SDK

You will learn first-hand from Google Cloud SMEs who will present (~25%) and guide you through hands-on labs (~75%) prepared for you.
