Makeover Ministry promotes positive inner and outer confidence in oneself. We encourage others to love themselves and fully accept who God made them to be. Genesis 1:27-28

Our Purpose:

To inspire those who lack self confidence, regardless of our image, past mistakes, and peer pressure. MAKEOVER MINISTRY will use their talents such as doing hair, makeup, nails, and most important express our love to God and encourage others to follow God’s path. In order for beauty to appear on the outside, it all starts within. Once God’s light is lit within, it shines its way out. Satan loves to destroy us by making us feel despised, worthless, fat, skinny or ugly. It’s who we are inside that is important through God’s eyes. The real beauty starts within; loving yourself and you’ll see the outer beauty that follows. For more information please visit

Blessed several women from the Prison Ministry this month! Isabel leads the Prison Ministry at The Rock, sharing God’s love to inmates and encouraging their families! Such a beautiful sister inside & out! Thank you to all our stylist who volunteered!

What an incredible day ... 107 volunteers came out today to do Haircuts & Manicures, we did over 700 services!!! Whoot woo!!! Such a great team & to see the joy on everyone's faces that were blessed by this teams talent! And the talent was off the hook today.. weaving/braiding in fun haircolors, adding design on Haircuts!! Toys for Joy is the best day to serve our community & so proud to be part of this church!

Looking for stylist to cut hair at an event in the Southbay on 12/11/17 from 6pm-9pm. It's an event to papmer teens. We just need about 4-5 people that would be willing to do it. It will be in South Bay Chula Vista at Grace Renewal Church. Please contact us on facebook.

Toys for Joy... 25,000 toys for kids, 6,000 bags of clothes, 20,000 hot dogs served and Makeover Ministry was able to do 716 haircuts & nail services! We have such an incredible group of volunteers.... THANK YOU THE ROCK POINT LOMA & EAST COUNTY !
