The Rotary Club of San Bruno, "the club with a SPARK", is a coalition of community leaders and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change β in our communities, across the globe and in ourselves. Chartered on March 27, 1947, The Rotary Club of San Bruno is one of the city's oldest community organizations. We meet once a week every Wednesday at the Te
rrace Cafe located inside the El Rancho Inn in Millbrae, CA (border of San Bruno). We gather for fellowship, friendship and networking. The Rotary Club of San Bruno is a respected service club and a recognized supporter of our community. Members are local business leaders who meet weekly for lunch to hear an interesting speaker and to experience fellowship and networking opportunities. The Club participates in international projects under the Rotary International umbrella, such as PolioPlus, but also claims a strong local identity in having fun and fundraising to give back to the community we live and work in. We embrace our role to assist the future leaders of our community to achieve their goals and to help those in need locally and globally. Two tangible assets that Rotarians take great pride in are the Rotary Pavilion in City Park and the Clock tower in our downtown on San Mateo Avenue.
