At BBM Ri Mobile Notary & Signing Services, we believe in transparency, professionalism, and compliance with Texas law. Below is an overview of the services we provide and important information every client should know.
✅ GENERAL NOTARY SERVICES (CURRENTLY OFFERED)
We provide Texas-authorized notarial acts, including but not limited to:
• Acknowledgments
• Jurats
• Oaths & Affirmations
• Affidavits
• Power of Attorney notarization
• Medical, personal, and business documents
• On-site notarizations for private clients, hospitals, facilities, and businesses
All notarizations are performed in compliance with Texas law and require:
✔ Physical presence of the signer
✔ Valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
✔ Willing and aware signer (no coercion)
📌 SIGNING AGENT SERVICES (NOT YET OFFERED)
BBM Ri Mobile Notary & Signing Services is in the process of expanding into Notary Signing Agent (NSA) services for loan signings and real estate transactions.
🚫 We are not currently accepting loan signings or signing agent assignments.
📣 A formal announcement will be made once NSA services officially begin.

Texas law strictly governs notarial acts, and we adhere to those laws to protect our clients and our commission.
🚗 MOBILE SERVICE INFORMATION
• Mobile travel and convenience fees are separate from Texas notary fees
• All pricing is disclosed before arrival
• Payment is due at time of service
• Appointments are by request and availability
